Raise Free Kids

When I became a mum, I had never heard of unschooling.

I had grown up in Germany and then lived mostly in Sweden, and in both of these countries, homeschooling is strictly illegal. 

However, my experiences of freebirthing and leaving domestic violence behind me led me to unschooling – and I very quickly felt that this was THE path for us to bring us the healing and the life that we were so deeply longing for. Yet, it was a totally new world for me and I had a million questions.

Fast forward and 11 years later, this world has become my normal, and I feel SO grateful for choosing this path. Seeing my kids blossom, learning with so much joy, and never having to ask for permission for basic needs such as moving their bodies, eating, or going to the bathroom.

Over the years, I got the honour to support 1000s of parents to create a life that feels true to their hearts  (rather than following society’s pressures). Both the practical aspects of this way of living, but also the deeper layers such as the emotions, (de)conditioning, re-learning, and holding space for today’s powerful, wise children. 

“Raise Free Kids”, was created based on the most common needs and questions in order to give you the most specific, helpful, practical and personalised guidance for your next steps – whether you are planning to have a family in the future, want to take your kids out of daycare, are preparing to worldschool, or are already unschooling and desire guidance and new ideas. 

PLUS, there is plenty of room for the specific needs of the participants. Any and all of your questions are SO welcome, for example:

– Where can we unschool freely?  
– What is the unschooling community like on Bornholm? 
– I don’t want to live this in isolation – how do we find our people?
